How to get your free 30 day V-Ray Demo

1. Visit www.chaosgroup.com - Register to access. You will see that link at the top right hand corner.

2. Go to downloads section at top of page and choose your installer -

• x86 for 32 bit operating system
• x64 for XP x64 or Vista x64
  
  

V-Ray for 3ds Max Demo Limitations

- produces watermarked images
- does not support Distributed Rendering
- If you save your scene, your Vray settings will reset. Use the autoback trigger in Max to adjust the reset time.

V-Ray for Maya Demo Limitations

- produces watermarked images
- does not support Distributed Rendering
- reset the settings regularly
- max resolution 600x450
- up to 5 lights

V-Ray RT Demo Limitations

- 320 x 240 maximum resolution for the ActiveShade preview, whether in a floating window, or in the view ports
- Maximum 15 geometric objects in the scene (without limitations to their size)
- The ActiveShade preview will close automatically after 180 seconds (3 minutes)
- Maximum 5 ActiveShade sessions per 3ds Max session are permitted
- Distributed rendering is limited to two render servers - these can be either a local render server and one additional machine, or two remote render servers

Currently there are no limitations for the 30 day demo of V-Ray for Sketchup and V-Ray for Rhino
